Dan Bernardini has always enjoyed clowning around. being part of the Trott Family Clowns for his entire life set the ground work for this adventure.  When Dan was around the age of 5, he would travel with Tickles to his shows and always wanted to be Tickles the Clown.  That time has finally arrived.  Dan is looking forward to the challenge of elevating the Tickles the Clown show to a higher level and bringing in new and exciting magic and years of laughter for all ages.

Merle Trott Jr. comes from a long line of Clowns. In 1966 Merle Sr. and Melcome Trott ( twin brothers) performed in the clinton lions fair parde. This started the Trott Family clowns  which have been in this parade for 56 years. Merle Jr. had the privilege of advancing his clowning experience when he traveled with the Ronald McDonald show in the late 1980's.  Tickles the clown had his first showing at the Clinton Lions Fair in 1985.
